n. If you want to discuss it, do
            so in a private manner, via either net mail or E-mail.  Failure to
            abide by this will result in a suspension or removal as I see fit.
        c.  Suspensions.  It means just that.  You will be given a
"Vacation"
            from the Echo.  1st Suspension, will be 2 weeks.  2nd suspension
            will be 1 month. If you want to discuss it, do so in a private
            manner, via either net mail or E-mail.  Failure to abide by this
            will result in a message being sent to your sysop, Area or net
            echo coordinator.
        d.  Net mail or E-Mail to origin or Sysop. This message will contain
            copies of all offending traffic a user has generated and all
            replies.  It will simply ask the sysop to control his or her user.
        e.  Feed Cut.  If it gets to this point, then all steps listed above
            will have been taken first.  This is in accordance with Policy 4
            of Fido Net documents.
    6.  Advertisements to be approved by Moderator Gary Baumgartner by netmail.
    7.  Personal Signatures with your Internet  address  are acceptable.
    8.  The topic of the state echo is anything which pertains to the
        state in which the echo name states.
        Remember though that I, as the  moderator have the right to declare
        any thread off-topic when it starts interfering with the smooth
        running of the echo.  
    9.  Please stay on-topic!   When issues off-topic are raised,  some leeway
        will be given for users to  discuss matters  among themselves, but in
        general if a topic is declared  off-topic by the moderator, the LEEWAY
        will end at the moderators discretion.
   10.  Keep the quoting to the minimum needed to establish the reason for
        your reply.  Try not to quote more than your answer.  Dont use all
        Caps for this is indicative of shouting.
   11.  This  conference may not be gated  into any Network other  than
        FidoNet without the prior approval of the moderator.   Just ask the
        moderator, I might approve it.  Also, importing of outside
        material, other than your own,  such as copyrighted material, is
        restricted to  p--- FMail 1.0g
