   This is BS - porting from the '98 and 'ME platform to 2000 was a much
bigger architectural shift than porting from XP to Vista.   Except for
drivers, porting apps is relatively painless - most of the stuff people
should have been doing anyway would allow a typical app to run properly on
Vista.
