it depends on the situation, really... now that we're 15+ years after y2k,
sure, report only... within y2k+3 maybe? fixing bad dates was the more proper
thing to do so that posts were not lost because some system thought it was too
old...

regurges shouldn't be able to happen anyway... too many cooks spoil the stew
and with so many wanting to do things their way because they don't know how it
should be done, well, every tosser has its own way to know what the last
message scanned out was... that's what leads to regurges when folks change
software...
