Your correct in your use of the terminolgy. By using over-ridden I was
saying that I believe Borland is saying the use of "this" as a pointer
keyword, say in a linked list structure definition, a common practice
in C, is considered obsolete.
Using "this" in that context could cause unwanted behavior.
