The newsletter is also available via anonymous ftp from 
"nfbcal.org" in the "/pub/nfb/nfbcs" directory.  The file is 
cs96win.zip and, of course, must be retrieved in binary mode.  It 
expands to the same ASCII newsletter as described above.
