No...I stayed where I had stopped and then proceeded. I couldn't see the
'limit line' and so there was no way I could move forward and stop again
without over/under estimating where it actually was. My arguement was that
the statute doesn't specify how close or how far and how long one has to
'stop' at the limit line. Since I was within 3 feet of it, I didn't need
to stop twice at the same stop sign. Had he not lied saying that I didn't
stop at all, was the kicker.
