Problem. Those with VB 3.0 (like me) cannot do that. "Private" is not
ncluded
in that version of VB and I'd only get an error and it won't run. Therefore I
have to find another way...?

Uh oh...
I was hoping there was a way to make the functions "public" in the C++ DLL I
make, so that I don't need to worry about VB 3.0's lack of "Private". I don't
want to upgrade because I don't have the funds to do that.
