Nailed it.
It was a goofy HP Startup task that was looking for something. NOT in the
Run/RunOnce area at all. Deleted the startup entry, problem went away.
This goofy T20 is getting a bit speedier at each de-louse action!! .
The bulk of the startup time now is the AOL software loading. He's only
got 384 meg ram in this laptop. Used to be 128. When it got here, the
extra 256 was unseen, since it wasn't inserted all the way into the socket.
