Given that Netflix has the other specials individually, perhaps they're
waiting for a DVD release that has only EoT and not the others?

May I just mention that John Simm is wonderful? :-) I hope the DVD
has the behind-the-scenes segment about how he did certain scenes
that I won't mention here for fear of spoilage.
