Right now? Well since it's not an IP phone you don't, best you can do is
use it as a modem.
If it's an IP phone, you put a switch (phone system) on the internet
somewhere and the phone connects to it in order to make regular phone
calls.
What I was suggesting however was a phone that doesn't use a switch. It
uses AIM or ICQ to make a connection with other phones directly over an IP
network. (this in addition to using the regular cellular phone system).
