Just thought I'd ask if this area is just limited to old American cars.  
Jeff has, I believe, a 73(?) Mustang fastback.  That thing needs an overhaul. 
 
The last time it was driven, I had to wear ear plugs because it kept on back 
firing.
   The reason why I asked is because he also has a '64 Triump Spitfire which 
he is converting to a 6-cylinder car.  He also has a '74 Triump Spitfire 
which 
he gave to me as a wedding present.
