Fred, understood.  It's probably late this year, but deserves to be looked at
next year.

MVDL has literally 4 hats on this one.  He's Moderator (public and private
echos), FTSC head, FTSC Member (can handle that) but also voting RC.

*Next year* I'd like some separation there.
