Yep, with the internet and Windows the way they are, it is impossible. All
we can do is be able to fix problems as they come up.

I practice on home user machines -- you'd be surprised just how bad a PC
can get and still almost function.  (of course, there's no backup, so it
can be tricky to retain any of the users data!)
