JK> my move is kf5

JK> yours) go ahead:)
Don't think so. Just before your move I see the board as -
a b c d e f g h
-------------------------------------------
8 | r - b q k b - r
|
7 | p p p p - p p p
|
6 | - - - - - n - -
|
5 | n - - p - - - -
|
4 | - P - - - - - -
|
3 | - - N - - - - -
|
2 | P - P - - P P P
|
1 | R - B Q K B N R
-------------------------------------------
A B C D E F G H
(The capitalized pieces are White; lower cases are Black.)
So if you want to place your a5N in front of mine, you should move it
to c4; your f6N cannot legitimately go to f5 either. Assuming a c4
move, mine is Bxc4 - my white bishop capturing your N. If you intended
something else - & IMO your N on f6 is trapped whatever it does - please
advise & I'll probably change my move. Here are the moves:

You're up.
