Hello Nick. I am assuming that your remark is meant to be taken as a joke.
There is obviously no comparison whatsoever between Gilligan's Island, which I
watched as a kid, and LOST. The former was a light, silly comedy show, whereas
LOST has so much more depth, character development, intrigue, mystery,
philosophy, religion, etc. It is definitely not a show for airheads...and I am
certainly NOT implying that you are one. I am just saying that you can't miss
an episode, as otherwise, you might miss something important. There is also a
lot of theorectical science in LOST revolving around quantum physics, etc.,
very much einsteinian stuff. It's a great, mentally challenging show. The way
episode ten of season five just ended last week was a shocker. It will be
really interesting to see how they get out of that paradox.
