On 04/01/09, Jeff Snyder quoted Nick Andre: Re: A LOST Echo?. NA> time. As far as LOST is concerned, I get LOST watching it. The NA> producers of Gilligans Island must be rolling in their graves. *Nick* Hello Nick. I am assuming that your remark is meant to be taken as a joke. There is obviously no comparison whatsoever between Gilligan's Island, which I watched as a kid, and LOST. The former was a light, silly comedy show, whereas LOST has so much more depth, character development, intrigue, mystery, philosophy, religion, etc. It is definitely not a show for airheads...and I am certainly NOT implying that you are one. I am just saying that you can't miss an episode, as otherwise, you might miss something important. There is also a lot of theorectical science in LOST revolving around quantum physics, etc., very much einsteinian stuff. It's a great, mentally challenging show. The way episode ten of season five just ended last week was a shocker. It will be really interesting to see how they get out of that paradox. --- Hermes Web Tosser 1.0* Origin: Armageddon BBS -- Guam, Mariana Islands (1:345/3777.0) SEEN-BY: 10/1 3 11/201 34/999 120/228 123/500 128/2 140/1 222/2 226/0 249/303 SEEN-BY: 250/306 261/20 38 100 1381 1404 1406 1418 266/1413 280/1027 320/119 SEEN-BY: 396/45 633/260 267 712/848 801/161 189 2222/700 2320/100 105 2905/0 @PATH: 345/3777 10/1 261/38 633/260 267 |
