Well, Bettas come to mind.  However in that case the males take full
responsability for the care after the eggs are released. 
As for both taking care.  A lot of the cichlid family are that way,
as far as I know.  Usually both parents will gaurd the young from
other fish. 
I am sure there are others as well.
