On the back of the card there is "compeq" with a circle around it, and the #s 
"M1 94V-0" next to that.  a couple chips say "aromat" or "wdc" and one says 
"intel".  Most of the dates on the chips are from 83 to 86.
There are several banks of jumpers:
W1,W2,W3,W4
