We don't hear too much about US Constitutional wrangling in our papers,
unless I go out and buy a NY Times or something. That's why the seemingly
naive questions.

We have our own Constitutional broo-ha-hahs, but due mostly to its relative
newness. You've had 200 years to work on yours, we've had 20. The Supreme
Court seems to decide on most everything.
