Hello, everyone!
         I have good news...(she takes a deep breath)...
         As of yesterday at 5PM, I have a job!!!!!
         I start my training Monday at 9AM to be a telephone market 
esearcher
at a local company. I'll be calling folks and taking a survey of various 
oods
and services.
         Tuesday, the company had an Open House. I decided to go and apply. I
didn't *really* think I'd be hired, but I thought I'd try anyway.
         SURPRISE!!!!!!
         When my interviewer told me if I was hired, someone would call me
sometime late yesterday,I thought when it got to be 4:30PM, I must not have "
" made the cut. When the phone rang at 5PM, and it was the man who 
nterviewed
me, I could've been knocked over with a feather!!!!!
         I'll be working from 7:30AM til 4PM, as of next Friday, after my 4
days of training. I'm a little nervous, but that's to be expected, I suppose.
         Please keep some positive thoughts for me as I prepare to embark on
this new adventure. (Some of you might think of this as praying.)
