On a hunch... I would try swapping out the DuraSpark module.  I had similar 
problems with mine for over a year and a half until the module finally gave 
out completely (now that old module will work for about 2 minutes, then it 
dies for a few minutes).  The module is only about $20 or so.

Exactly what mine was doing.  Like I said.. did this off and on for over a 
year and a half.  One day it died and wouldn't start again; module had power, 
coil had +12V, but there was no spark whatsoever.  New module fixed it.
... All right...  Who's been cooking hot dogs in the warp nacelles?
