Sadly, I've learned over the years that *most* people, a very large
majority,
will say nothing about anything that displeases them! The most common
attitude is "don't make a scene, don't make waves" etc. Those of us who
raise hell about something we don't like and try to get it fixed are a
minority.
Oh, sure, the average "just go along" type will get on his hind legs and
holler a LOT if his pet ox is gored but you really have to hit 'em close
to home to get a reaction from them.
