Hmmmm. My dad used to just lie down after taking two aspirin...

I think she got it wrong. Twice your age/2... 60yo = 120/60 or 70yo =
140/70, but I've seen elderly oriental people at the BP machine with
80/40bp...rice and fish diet...

Both sides of my family have had a history of one thing or another. My
brother got the strokes from the Witts and my sister got the diabetes from
my mother's family...I'm somewhere inbetween with different problems.
