I don't pay them any attention...

I don't do that either.

No way...he's as active as he ever was.

RW>> See if you can find Oma's Haus on the internet. That's one of the

RN> Depends on the size of the pancake. (-:

Well, it can't be very big...they also serve a sausage link with it, which
I can do without. Years ago, when I still lived up north, there was a
German/American club that served all you can eat potato pancakes on
Thursdays. I made it a point to be there for my share. They were the size
of a burrito sized tortilla (10") and they served apple sauce on the side.
Yummmy! My mouth waters just thinking about them.

RW>> Nahhh. I moved from Seattle to San Diego over night after sending

RN> That must have been rough on everybody. Anticipation and all.

My youngest daughter was born there, so she had no inkling what was going
on. My wife's son was about 4yo, so he wasn't aware of much either. The
wife was all for it, as she missed her dad and her sister. To make up for
it, I bought her a custom 49 Mercury for her to drive in San Diego. She
was surprised and pleased when she and the kids arrived.

RW>> I didn't bother to go back...I need another car like I need another

RN> My x-sil is going to offer me her 2002 Merc Grand Marquis at the end
RN> of the year. Be interesting to see what it's like because she says

Those are better than the Explorer...

RW>> RN> I'll take the second option if it's positraction.

RW>> Got my first look yesterday. I'll keep my 98...it's nicer.

 RN> Good.

RW>> Right, NOT! Try looking at a Chevy Tahoe. It's a shorter version of
RW>> the Suburban and they're quite nice.

RN> My daughter's husband has one and he said I'be be better off with a
RN> Tahoe. Between that and the Merc, I don't now which way I'm gonna
 RN> bounce.

Go to a used car lot and find out which one fits you best. Buy the one
you'll be the most comforable in. The thing I'd like about the Tahoe, as I
do about my Silverado, is the ability to look over the top of the traffic
in front and back of me.
