I looked in the details tab a number of times and it happens with various 
programs and sometimes no program. Telix caused the General Fault. "Telix has 
caused a general fault in ..."
This happens randomly as well as when I minimize the window. This seems like 
a win95 mistake. I have version 1.15a the newest I could find.
