What happened to the QEDIT.DOC? :-)
Anyway, the command line switch is /L to load a macro file, and /E to execute 
it (only the first macro in the file, and it's not loaded after it's run).  
There is no space after the /L or /E, like this:
Q /LC:\PATH\FILE.MAC
