I made the mistake of telling the US Postywoman (who parks her jeep
several blocks away and then walks up and down the street delivering
mail) if she had any idea how mail is delivered in Australia.  Her
answer?  "Oh, I dunno on the back of Kangaroos maybe?"   

When I told her about motorbike delivery and commented about how
efficient it is, I knew I'd blown it for her.  Her whole image of US
World Domination was shattered and she never spoke to me again.
