I'm thinking about it, although it probably won't be for a couple
more years for me either. I have been VERY nearsighted (like 20/600)
since the 6th grade and I am *SO* ready to go without glasses. I have
even found neat readers that are cut in the middle and held together by
magnets just like the ME on CSI:NY. Another reason to look forward to
the surgery (g).
Have had some friends do the implants and they have all been happy.
A couple said they take some getting used to, largely because of the
vivid colors, etc. I think that was probably secondary to the loss of
sights to the cataracts more than anything else.
