That's the early Toyota Land Cruisers.  They copied the GM six for
use in the Korean War, so US soldiers were familiar with maintenance
procedures.  They shared many parts, and lent themselves well to small
V8 swaps.  After that it became the Land Cruiser engine with only minor
changes until they went OHC in the early nineties.
