Yes.
From the docs:
8.3: rexexit.now
If Rex detects the existence of this file in its semaphore directory
while in daemon mode, it will react as if Alt-X (Ctrl-X for Linux
users) had been pressed and will exit as soon as possible. If it's
running an event at the time, it will only exit once the event has
been completed.
In other words, have your event manager put a file (contents don't matter)
into your flags directory. Rex will see it, erase it, and exit!
