Grin we are talking inside tanks with this one.  I havednt made up my mind on 
making an outside tank for this one fish yet that I have.  I lean however to 
'no' as it's just one fish, bought by accident of a type that may need it. It 
would be silly to have made an outside pond for just 1 fish when it just flat 
out doesnt fit my yard size or inclination really.
Good/bad news:  Got to the store and it looks like he is a coi.  Good news is 
they not only will take him, but they will trade back quite a few fish in 
place of him.  Gonna miss the sucker, but he is better off in a home ready to 
care for him.  They ask me to hold him for now while they find a local site 
that wants one.  He's still fitting in the tank so it's ok.
