BF>> OK, but did people really call this numbers? RN> You'd be surprised at what people will do. (-: No, not really. RN> There are so many of them available that I decided to stick with the one I RN> had originally. I noticed some months ago, even when I didn't receive or RN> make a long distance call, that a minimum of $5.00 would be added to my RN> bill. After several months of that, I decided to get a cellular phone and RN> discontinued my LD carrier. Sorry, but I still don't quite follow you here. Let me explain how it works here. With my phone I can call all over the world and I can't discontinue anything, if I do I can't use the phone at all. There are no extra charge for me to have a LD carrier and I don't have to pay for anything that I don't use, and espcially not for incoming calls. Therefore I don't understand why you have to pay for having this option. And what is really Long Distance for you? For me it is to call to northern Sweden and if Ishould call you it's a foregin call. BF>> Can't you make a long distance call? RN> That's what the cell phone is for. I can call anywhere in the continental RN> United States free of charge. If I wanted to call a couple of friends in RN> Canada, it would be about 70 cents per minute. Don't you have to pay at all for domestic calls? RN> You'd find lots of Roger Nelsons in California, but none of them would be RN> me. I live in Louisiana. The LA in my Origin line is confusing you. RN> Don't worry, it confuses lots of people. LA is a state, where L.A. (Los RN> Angeles) is a city in California. L.A. I was aware of but not LA and I did found Mandeville in Louisiana, north of New Orleans, just across the lake with a very long name. //Bj”rn ---* Origin: .
