  It makes no difference because:
1.  The rules previously posted stated that the exho reunification referendum
    would run only through 31-Jan-1998.
2.  It already failed, so your vote turns out to be superfluous.
3.  To pass, the referendum had to carry *both* the C and C++ echos. It 
ailed
    miserably in both!
