Geeez, Monty. Give it a rest. A dozen messages in one packet
that all say the same thing... ??
I've got the same problems you do, and I've reported it.
Modems and computers don't get fixed based on the weight
of complaints. They get fixed because real people try to
track down the problems that are reported.
At least Supra/Diamond didn't tell all their users to
'get stuffed and buy a new modem' when it comes to upgrades.
They are, I am sure, trying to solve the problem.
(Though I do confess I call the BBS every third day or so
to see if there's a new code release... )
MG> I wish I could go back to the old flasher, but I don't know
MG> where I can get it.
Call the SUPRA BBS and download
    120130d.exe 191816 05-31-96 12:48:36
    That is a "down-flash" to 28.8
                                    take care... Larry
