Who might hold title to this equipment, Rick?  If these were turned over
to the city of Pomona, lock, stock and barrel, it's up to them to come
up with the bucks to start such a project. If U.P. still owns title to
these monsters, both steam and diesel, it's doubtful anything will be
done, other than seeing them sit on their wheels and deteriorate.
