A very sensible precaution. I quoted that part here in case someone
might have missed this ... it is a point that many are not aware of.
As an aside to this discussion, keep in mind the time and effort of
the artist when feeling bothered by the intricasies of copyright
laws. We wouldn't want someone to have the right to use our
possessions without asking ... but if we use pictures or poems or
whatever without permission then we are doing to others what we
would hate for others to do to us.
