Hi Bob, thanks for the reply. I went back to serial and the mouse still
refused to function on several "buttons". Got a new HD and ended up
re-loading QMPro anyway. (Works great again.) Now, since you seem to
have your act together on QMPro, maybe you can answer some questions for
me.
1) My modem is a Supra 144i fax/modem with the (supposedly) Rockwell
chip. Why won't QMPro allow me to access Rockwell RPI ? One BBS sysop
here is adamant about me using it for error correction. The Supra came
with COMit for Windows as a communication program and it claims to
support Rockwell RPI (COMit was a piece of garbage IMO as it would not
up or download any files.)
2) My first version of QMPro was V1.01 and it had my modem specified.
V1.53 only list a Supra 14400 Fax/Modem, not the 144i version. Is this a
possible problem ?
Any assistance you can offer will be welcomed.
