I wouldn't be surprised to see RA give up their QSL policy soon with big 
budget cuts. Little goodies like calenders could be next...who knows ??
Radio Singapore International as heard by myself a month back is on 6015 at 
around 1100 or 1130 UTC via the BBC transmitter. It's a fair signal here.
