   Hi Tom, Thanks for the quick reply. I did not think about the possibilty
   of the file being modified without the date being affected. I'm still
   learning about macros. I have never had any programming experience in the
   past and I am just trying to learn. What I did worked for me, though I
   may not have needed to do it that way. The macro works for me at this time
   I am looking forword to hearing from you on this so I may hopefully learn
   what if anything I did wrong. There is no reason to rush a reply to me
   as the macro is working. I always look forword to your posts as you seem
   to have a very good knowledge of TSE. Thanks again for your fast reply.
