I was wondering how many of you folks use Panasonic or JVC M-II on a regular 
basis?
I recently changed jobs - I used to work for a pro video house dealer that 
did NOT sell M-II, so we naturally pushed Beta-Cam (in all its incarnations, 
Beta, Beta-Lite and Beta-UltraLite - the BVW, PVW, and UVW series).
I now do some work for a guy that does sell M-II (as well as Beta) and is 
pretty gung-ho about it.
I know M-II got off to a shakey start, had some serviceability/reliability 
problems, but that is supposed to be all better now. Is it?
I would also like to hear from engineers who maintain this stuff (since 
that's what I do for a living too). How do you rate the reliability and 
serviceability of M-II to Beta, or even to 3/4 SP?
