CB>Poor starving child B.S.? In my mind's eye, I see the children of
>illegal immigrants as innocents - having to follow their parents and not

You would not see them eating garbage because they will stop coming.
The victims in this are the American children who receive a lesser quality
education than they might have due to the loss of funds to educate the
illegal's. The American children who might not receive medical care
since the funds have already been depleted by the non Americans.
Finding would be no problem if it were really a priority. Tyson foods
right here in Arkansas hires hundreds of them as do the migrant labor
camps. Then the people of Arkansas get to educate them and give them
medical care. Now we are exporting our jobs and they still come for the
free ride. Double jeopardy with no end in sight.
CB>And I don't see the need to write anyone - I'm not the one who made the
>claim and needs to defend it.
I don't feel the need to defend it at all. The facts are there for
those who want to know. Those who don't mind spending the billions will
not accept them regardless.
CB>I think the issues are simply more complex than you give them credit
>for. Were it only that everything could be reduced to black or white.
I understand the complexity more than you realize. I also understand
the consequences for Americans if they continue to allow our country to
be invaded by foreign nationals. If I wanted to live in a third world
country I would move to Mexico. Just a point of view. I would prefer my
children not have the burden of supporting an ever increasing population
of takers and dead beats. I am looking twenty years down the road and
at that point I won't be the one paying the bills. Probably won't even
be alive.
