DW> Talk about your Alternative Medicine! Tonight's network
DW> evening news featured a piece on bee-sting therapy for
DW> multiple sclerosis victims.
DW>
DW> I'd never heard of it, but apparently thousands of MS
DW> patients have found relief. No joke! They actually allow
DW> themselves to be stung by bees and wasps. The subject has
DW> apparently gained enough attention among the
DW> traditionalists so that genuine clinical research has begun
DW> at the ivory tower level.
DW>
DW> Does anyone know something on this matter that Tom Brokaw
DW> and Dan Rather don't know?
I guess the bee sting hurts like hell, anything else is forgotten?
The venom may "mask" the MS where it hurted?
DW> If bee venom becomes a valuable
DW> commodity, we might see a lot more honey in the stores!
It may well be the other way around - the bees die after
stinging.
