Hi, Vic. Please read your 4DOS documentation. The limitations
on blinking/bright-background interactions are clearly explained
there.
The above is neither 4dos nor W95's fault. It's a fundamental
hardware limitation which has been a thorn in the side of PC
programmers for many years.
