Mugen-Honda to stay?

(31-Oct-98) - Hirotoshi Honda, the head of Mugen-Honda who supply engines
to Jordan, was very evasive as to whether he could still supply engines
when Honda mount their own challenge in 2000.

As no official announcement has yet been made concerning Honda's planned
entry, he wouldn't say whether both his company and Honda could run side by
side.

However, he did admit that they currently work together, which suggests
that they couldn't both be in Formula One competing against one another.
Mugen-Honda's contract to supply engines to Jordan ends at the end of next
year.
