Don't worry about attachments.  They don't make it through fidonet
echo mail.  The only people that would have been bothered is those on
your board and that is assuming the attachment wasn't rejected outright
by the BBS because it was a networked echo instead of local.
I should also point out that attachments don't work very well with
net-mail, either....  So even if you had posted it in the net-mail
conference, it probably would have never left the board anyway.
