Maybe we should let Al Qaeda blow up all the wasteland that was once New
Orleans and get it out of their system once and for all?  We could make a
deal any liberal would like.  Come in and blow it up for us, level the
place, then announce to the world you've taken your revenge on the Great
Satan and no longer need a Jihad against the USA.

Liberals should love this idea.
