Williams run 'long' cars

(30-Oct-98) - Heinz-Harald Frentzen set third fastest time in this
morning's practice session driving a modified car.

The FW20s have gone 'long', with an extended wheelbase and revised
diffusers. Frentzen declared that the changes have made "it feel a
very different car, surprisingly so".

Pointing out the changes in the car's characteristics he said: "It is
more stable in the corners."

Jacques Villeneuve struggled to come close to his team-mate's performance
and wrote off a set of tyres after getting a puncture. He finally struggled
to eighth place.
