I would love for JMS and Warner to allow that to happen in the Babylon 5 universe, especially if they required an approval process to keep the quality from plummeting too badly. I enjoy continued Star Trek and Star Wars novels. > Believe it or not it is actually > possible to discuss classic films, TV shows and works of literature as > complete unto themselves without hoping for dubious continuation. I've watched 2-3 Beowulf movies, listened to an audio recitation of a new translation and written a paper on it since Babylon 5 was on the air last. All of that put together is less than my posting here and rewatching the DVDs. I get that JMS wants to keep the quality up and Warner owns the rights. They don't have to authorize franchise novels if they don't want to. --- SBBSecho 2.12-Win32* Origin: Time Warp of the Future BBS - Home of League 10 (1:14/400) SEEN-BY: 3/0 633/267 640/954 712/0 313 550 848 @PATH: 14/400 261/38 712/848 633/267 |
