You might like a few of the towns here in North Central Texas then.
There are two towns I know of near Dallas who have very strict no
smoking laws. The majority of restuarants don't even have smoking
areas.

Unfortunately, there are far more serious crimes being comitted that
consume so much of the average officers time that smoking violations
are well close to the bottom of the enforcement list.
