that's easy... it is those pipe codes you are using in your header... look
at them below... i've changed the pipe to a bang so you can see the raw
code easier...

looks like your last color setting is !01 which is dark blue for the three
dots terminating your quote header... it is a mess when viewed with
software that doesn't support it but if it must be done, one should set a
default color at the end of their sequence like has to be done when using
ANSI to return to the default color...
