source to the latest version.

In hindsight I should probably just stick with .tar.gz for future releases,
and stop using short filenames entirely.

MSG was changed to MSGA in XMSGAPI so it would compile properly in Windows
without clashing with Microsoft's MSG typedef in winuser.h.  Compiling
timEd 1.11.a4 with SMAPI is not really supported, but I seem to recall it
working with SMAPI 2.3.
